Description:
At the end of the application phase of the concession contract launched on May 23, 2025, only candidates whose candidacy was previously accepted are invited to submit an offer. The concession for the development of the ZAC des Sablons for the vocation of habitat will carry, on a perimeter of approximately 2, 7 ha. It aims to create a new inhabited district where the quality of life and uses for current and future inhabitants will be at the project. The design will also have to rely on innovation and exemplarity. The forecast global program of constructions relates to the realization of approximately 13,000 m² of surface area (SHON) or approximately 200 dwellings with main housing destination with, at least, 45 % of social rental housing (LLS) and 55 % in free access. Regarding the share of social housing approximately 25 solidarity lease type dwellings (BRS) are expected, 10 inclusive dwellings for people with disabilities, 25 senior dwellings and finally 30 Plai or PSLA dwellings.
