- This consultation concerns the writing, graphic design and distribution of the magazine "Magg'", the information magazine of Thonon Agglomeration (Haute-Savoie, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region, France), as well as its possible supplements. The objectives of his magazine, including the target ppriority is made up of the inhabitants of the territory, are to encourage the sharing of a common identity; integrate an educational dimension in order to raise awareness of the area of expertise of the urban community and associated services; inform about the launch and progress of projectscarried by the agglomeration and/or its partners. This framework agreement sets all the conditions for execution of the services, it is executed progressively as purchase orders are issued by the public buyer.
