Description:
The objective of this market is to meet the current and future needs of team users with common areas and spaces dedicated to each person's professions.
The Belle-Epine buildings date from the 1950s and have not been renovated since then, with the exception of a few refreshmentsinteriors.
Currently, on the 50,440m2 site, there is, among other things, an administrative building and a technical building.
Work is necessary for the rehabilitation of the Belle-Epine GDP
Cleaning, demolition, deconstruction, asbestos removal, lead removal.
This lot concerns all of the workdemolition and removal of waste from 5 buildings including an administrative building, a technical building, a house and garages. The company holding this present must also remove and treat waste containing lead and asbestos identified in pre-diagnoses.preliminary.
VRD and green spaces
This lot concerns all platform work, dry and wet networks located outside the building works, roads and parking and in particular, the repair of access to buildings, the creation of traffic lanes for light vehicles andheavy goods vehicles, the creation of an outdoor car park for staff including a bicycle room. The company holding the lot will also have to repair the gates and fences. This lot will also be responsible for the renovation of existing green spaces and the creation of new green spaces.
