- Description:
- The purpose of this contract is to carry out works management for infrastructure and rail systems projects aimed at the regeneration, modernization and development of the national rail network, carried out by SNCF RESEAU. These missions of project management include: • Either on new lines, or on lines closed to rail traffic, according to the requirements of the infrastructure works reference in sector-construction mode of a line closed for RFN works in the absence of a contiguous traffic lane (S9A3); • Either on the national rail network operated according to the requirements of the reference framework Preparation and execution of maintenance operations and work incompatible with the circulation of RFN trains (S9A1). For these operations, SNCF Réseau is the project owner (MOA). The framework agreement is national, with subsequent contracts and allocated in 2 lots detailed in this notice. Its duration is 2 firm years, and 1 one-year renewal. It is concluded without minimum commitment, but with a maximum commitment detailed per lot in this notice.
