Work market within the framework of the two technical (SDT) and cultural (SDC) guidelines of the National Center for Art and Culture Georges Pompidou (CNAC GP), located at Place Georges Pompidou in the 4th arrondissement of Paris.
Lot n 01: TP / structure / surrounding site / fluids / electricity. These two lots will be Launched in open tenders and are subject to this consultation.
This first phase, known as preliminary work, will be followed by the completion of anticipated work, including the installation of scaffolding, then of the main work with the rest of the lots of Works of the "Pompidou 2030" project from the summer of 2026.
The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the notebooks of the particular technical clauses (C.C.T.P.).
Lots of early work and main work will be subject to subsequent consultations.
