Description:
This consultation is launched according to the provisions of articles R.2124-2 1 , R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code of April 1, 2019.
The consultation is the subject of 7 lots which will be treated by separate States. Markets are concluded on global and flat prices. In addition to the lump sum price, lots No. 2.3.4.5 and 7 include a part of work at unit prices without a minimum with a maximum amount which will possibly be ordered by purchase orders.
The prices are revisable.
Variants at The candidate's initiative is not authorized. Two compulsory additional services must be quantified by candidates for lots 2 and n 6.
Pursuant to article L.2112-2 of the public procurement code, all lots include a social integration action through activity economic.
The overall duration of market execution is 36 months including the site of site preparation lasting 3 months.
The forecast date for starting work is November 2025.
Compulsory site visits are provided in accordance with article 8.5 of the RPC
