The EHPAD restructuring project Les Epis d'Or results from the common reflection carried out on 2 establishments (Ehpad Hess de Marchenoir and Ehpad les Epis d'or de Beauce-la-Romaine) and the decision to rebalance the offer between these two establishments with a transfer of 30 Beds of the Ehpad de Marchenoir towards the Ehpad of Beauce-la-Romaine. The increase in the workforce welcomed, the improvement of the operation of the site, the comfort of the staff and the live spaces for the residents are the project lines.
