Description:
The Aire sur la Lys hospital center has embarked on a policy of upgrading its infrastructure consistent with the medical project and the axes of the medical project. The project concerns the extension and rehabilitation of the EHPAD of the Lys residence with a capacity of 80 beds. This operation will be carried out on the occupied site. The operation represents approximately a total area of 4943.27m2 SDO. All of the work is divided into 12 lots. This consultation is made in the adapted procedure, carried out in accordance with articles L. 2123-1, R. 2123-1 and R. 2123-4 to R. 2123-6 of the Public procurement code. A consultation in the open tender procedure is parallel, carried out in accordance with articles L.2124-2, R.2124-1, R2124-2 1 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the order code public
