Description:
This market relates to the creation of a pedestrian email constituting the perimeter of the optional tranche 8 of the project management market of the urban renewal project of the Ariste Bolon / Sidr High districts in the town of Le Port. The study perimeter is on the current plot ofThe Hibiscus residence, between rue Christian Sinope to the south and the avenue of March 19, 1946 to the north. The purpose of this project is to create a comfortable and shaded pedestrian link between these two ways to facilitate access to the sports land in the south and open Christian Sinope street to pedestrians,currently in dead end. Summary description of the work: The objectives are to: o Create a comfortable pedestrian email accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR); o Create green spaces and shaded areas for pedestrians on this new space; o Enlier the pedestrian email (will doThe subject of a separate consultation) o create a new fence west of the Hibiscus residence.
