Description:
The purpose of the work is the construction of a R+1 building, with a partial basement. The building includes:
- An Agora with reception premises and freely accessible spaces
- A broadcast room, performance hall and dressing rooms
- Premises for the radiation conservatory regional (CRR) with musical practice rooms
- The premises of the Couronneries entertainment center (CAC) including activity rooms, a dance room and offices
- Premises for an integration catering, kitchen and restaurant
