Works contract in separate trades for the construction of 60 rental housing units (20 collective housing, 24 intermediate housing and 16 individual housing) located in GRANDE-SYNTHE - rue Louis David - Quartier des Ilot des Peintres. Relaunch of batches 1/2/5 following failure
This consultation is launched in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2124-2 1, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Order Code of April 1, 2019.
This consultation is the subject of 3 lots which will be processed in separate markets (relaunch due to the absence of an offer in the initial procedure). Contracts are concluded on a global and fixed price revisable.
Variations at the initiative of the candidate are authorized.
In application of article 2112-2 of the CCP, all lots of this consultation include an action of social integration through economic activity.
The overall duration of execution of the contract is 17 months including the period site preparation lasting two months. The start of work is planned for December 2025

The batch is concerned by a compulsory integration action lasting at least 455 hours
Green Spaces
The lot is concerned by a compulsory insertion action of a duration at least equal to 140 hours
facade coverings
The batch is affected by a compulsory integration action lasting at least 385 hours
