Description:
The purpose of this contract is to allow the contracting authority to entrust the carrying out of energy renovation work on individual houses and apartments, located throughout its portfolio. This contract includes:Carrying out energy audits,Carrying out the work,Obtaining Energy Savings Certificates (EEC), which will be transferred by the companies of the Vilogia group to the contract holder.The Holder will be the sole beneficiary of the EEC. As such, it will ensure, under its responsibility and at its exclusive expense, all the procedures necessary for the submission of files as well as the valorization of said certificates. In this context, the HOLDER must propose, for each operation, the most relevant package of work allowing a gain of 2 to 4 energy classes on the Energy Performance Diagnosis, while guaranteeing the achievement of an energy class higher than D. The package selected must represent the best compromise between energy performance and overall cost of the operation
