- by this pre-information notice, the GHEF informs economic operators of the next consultation relating to the major rehabilitation operation of building B to accommodate the consultation platform, day hospitals and dialysis as well as the creation of a parking lotconstruction of 420 places including the demolition of buildings within the project area. This consultation follows the construction, currently being finalized, of the new Medicine, Surgery and Psychiatry building integrating the technical platform. The project manager responsible for carrying out this projectst the grouping made up of AIA Architectes / aia Ingenierie / aia Environnement / aia Territoires / aia Project Management and Tpfi. The informative schedule of the operation is as follows: consultation 1st half of 2024, work from the 2nd half of 2024 for reception end of 2025
