This market relates to the photovoltaic batch relating to the construction of a versatile high school and 8 function housing in Saint-Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu (44).
This general, technological and professional high school will have an area of around 17,350 m2 of floor or 20,105 m2 of Shon and will have a capacity to receive 1,200 students extendable to 1,500 students. The future high school will include, in addition to the usual functional areas (classrooms, administration, etc.), an internship of 80 places, a catering service and 8 function housing.
The site Implementation of the future versatile high school is at the intersection of the Saint-Colomban road (D70) and the Port Boissinot road, near the Julie-Victoire Daubie college.
