• Description:
• The purpose of this consultation is the execution of works for all trades (TCE) in Industrial and Technical Buildings, Workshops, on the Metro, RER and surface networks of the RATP. The majority of the work planned as part of this multi-awardee framework agreement will be carried out at night (around 80%), the balance being carried out during the day (around 20%), and concern the following technical scopes: -Studies, site installations, demolition, removal and provisional storage ; -Carpentry (wood, PVC) - supply and installation of furniture (cupboard, box, removal and supply of kitchenette, etc.); -False ceilings, false floors and movable partition (including evacuation of damaged slabs to the landfill); -Masonry ; -Plumbing (including supply and installation of shower trays); -Renovation and painting; -Metalwork and locksmithing; -Simple electricity: Low Voltage (simple cabinets, sources, cable pulls but also installation of hand dryers, convectors, etc.) -Lighting (supply and installation of different models of lighting including LED paving stones); -Simple climate engineering: ventilation, air conditioning, installation of dampers to the right of the grille, etc. This contract, the duration of which is 48 firm months + 12 optional months, is composed of 2 lots: Lot 1: Framework agreement with purchase orders, comprising a minimum amount and a maximum amount, and executed by the issuance of Delivery or Service Orders (OLS), applicable to construction sites whose...
