- Description:
- The project consists of reinforcing and widening the deck of the prestressed concrete segment bridge of the RD931 (First French Army Bridge) by installing ultra-high performance concrete slabs (UHPC) on the existing cantilevers to allow soft mobility.
This project includes the following services:
- Installation of heavy marking on RD;
- Planing of the coatings and removal of the waterproofing on and off the structure;
- Installation of suspended scaffolding;
- Reinforcement of the structure (additional prestressing with reinforced concrete deflectors, reinforcement by bonded composite materials);
- Reinforcement of the upper slab;
- Thickening of the cores and the lower slab at the ends;
- Caulking and crack injection;
- Widening of 3m70 on either side of the decks using UHPC slabs;
- Implementation of English-style guardrails;
- Repair of the structure's superstructures and installation of MVL type retaining devices;
- Replacement of supports, road and sidewalk joints;
- Lighting;
- Widening of abutments;
- Widening and redevelopment of access ramps including creation of barrier walls supports;
- Pyrotechnic security of intrusive structures on the Draveil side;
- Complete repair of waterproofing and coatings;
- Creation of cycle paths including marking.
The work falls under Category I within the meaning of article R.4532-1 of the Labor Code.
