Description:
Dalkia was awarded a public service delegation contract relating to the financing, design, construction and operation of a hot and cold network powered by heat recovery on the sanitation networks in Mandelieu-la-Napoule and Cannes. This contract is managed by Dalkia, which is in charge of this DSP, and will ultimately supply heating and domestic hot water to subscribers of all types (housing, cultural, teaching, etc.). The object of this contract is the construction of a building of approximately 800m2. It will be located near an industrial site and of an airport, and it will house the production process (TFP 9Mw, Auxiliary boiler 6 Mw). The work will consist of carrying out:
1/ Special Foundations;
2/ The Major Work;
3/ Metal framework;
4/ Architectural trades;
5/ Works related to the capture and discharge of water treated waste (work on outfall, networks to the boiler room).
Work relating to the construction of the production plant for the heat and cold network for the Cannes Pays de Lerins urban community.
Civil/Building engineering works, including special foundations, structural work, metal framework, cladding, roofing, insulation, locksmithing, second work, VRD and fencing linked to the building + collection and discharge of treated wastewater.
