Description:
The Metropole de Lyon renews its framework agreements for work orders on the Metropole's real estate every 4 years. This work may concern built or unbuilt buildings for which the Metropolis acts, either as project owner or as agent. within the framework of delegated project management, or when it acts as operation manager.
These framework agreements are divided into batches corresponding to different trades, in order to take into account all requests within deadlines and for limited durations, and to ensure the continuity of public service by continuing to operate the equipment. Work divided into lots is the subject of contracts awarded separately.
This consultation concerns lot no. 9 Metalwork-Locksmithery, the renewal of which must be anticipated.
The purpose of this lot is to ensure, on the territory of the Metropolis of Lyon or in the immediate vicinity, carrying out all metalwork and locksmith work of confirmed technicality. This restoration and construction work will most often use traditional metalwork and locksmithing, and will be carried out on buildings built or unbuilt for which the Metropolis is the project owner but also in the context of operations where it is the agent
