- The subject of this consultation is the work necessary for the deployment and maintenance of digital communications infrastructures - Relaunch of lot 1 Civil Engineering Infrastructures, following its termination for reasons of general interest. There Detailed description of the work is indicated in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). Civil Engineering Infrastructure This lot provides for the studies and execution of civil engineering works (trenches, telecoms rooms), the audit of existing civil engineering infrastructure, ... The detailed description of the technical specifications is indicated in the Specifications of Particular Technical Clauses (CCTP). The form of the contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement (2 holders maximum) executed by the award of subsequent contracts at unit prices on observed quantities, by application of the prices defined in the Holders' Unit Price Schedule (BPU). The detailed terms of the framework agreement are specified in the Notebook Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP). The maximum amount of orders by application of the prices defined in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) for the total duration of execution of the framework agreement, renewals included, is 6,100,000 €excl. The completion time for the work will be indicated in each subsequent contract.
