Description:
The purpose of the operation is the complete modernization of the sports and festive lighting at the Stade de l'Aube. The project aims to bring the lighting installations of the main field and its annexed training field into compliance, while integrating a scenic and festive system (lighting show ) intended to energize the stadium atmosphere on match nights. In accordance with article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this consultation is allocated as follows: - Lot n1: Structural work and civil engineering, - Lot n2: Sports and festive lighting. This consultation concerns only the lot n2. Lot No. 1 will be the subject of a specific and subsequent consultation. The market is broken down into three sections: - Firm section: level E2 main field and training ground - Optional section 1: festive lighting - Optional section 2: lighting of the main field at one level E1. This contract is an ordinary works contract, treated at a global and fixed price, the amount of which is set in article D1 of the act of commitment. The contract runs from the date of notification to the contractor, for the entire duration of the work and until the end of any obligation in arising (guarantee period included from the TF as well as the TO in the event of consolidation).
