Work market in separate states for the construction of 60 rental housing units (20 Collective housing, 24 intermediate dwellings and 16 individual dwellings) located in Grande -Synthe - rue Louis David - Ilot des Painters district
This consultation is launched according to the provisions of articles R.2124-2 1 , R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code of April 1 2019.
The consultation is the subject of 13 lots which will be treated by separate markets. The markets are concluded on global and lump sum.
The prices are revisable. The variants at the candidate's initiative are authorized.
Additional services compulsory must be quantified by candidates for lots n 3, 4, 7, 8, 10 and 12.
Pursuant to article 2112-2 of the CCP, all the lots of this consultation include a social integration action through economic activity except for lots 6 (metalwork - locksmith) and n 13 (elevators).
