Description:
The EHPAD "Louise de Roquelaure" is an accommodation establishment for dependent elderly people (EHPAD).
The establishment's management has initiated reflection aimed at improving the conditions of reception of residents, the operation of services and the working conditions of employees anddecided to rebuild the EHPAD on a new land with a capacity of 86 beds and 14 places comprising:
- 86 Accommodation beds including 14 reserved for the Alzheimer's Life Unit
- 1 PASA with 14 places.
- 1 Protected unit of 12 beds.
- A production kitchen.
- common spaces of life
-Administrative spaces.
- Logistics spaces
- The creation of roads, parking spaces and landscaped spaces.
As an indication, the useful surface to be created and of the order of 5200 m2.
