Description:
This consultation relates to the construction of a research center for the National Museum of Natural History, located at 4 avenue du Petit Chateau in Brunoy (91,800). The operation is carried out under the contracting authority of the National Museum of Natural History, the EPAURIF of which is an agent. ThisConsultation is the first phase of a global project for the creation of the Museum Brunoy campus which aims to bring together several MNHN sites, now dispersed on different plots and in unwavering buildings. The future Museum Brunoy campus will thus consist of: - Phase 1: A new research / laboratory center with advanced technological equipment, in order to develop research activities around links between human health, animal health and the health of ecosystems. - phase 2: rehabilitation of existing buildings to create a setHistorical heritage from the old domain of the Count of Provence (Villa Lionet and Maison du Portier) which will be intended to welcome the public to train and disseminate scientific knowledge. The work subject to this consultation therefore consist in the construction of the newResearch building (phase 1) of 1800 m2 of useful area as well as the development of outdoor spaces (parking and landscaping). Furthermore, the client is committed to an approach to Labelization durable Ile -de -France building (level of money) for thisoperation.
