Description:
The purpose of this market is to build 74 housing works and two commercial premises on a basement level on lot H of the ZAC from the Town Hall district to La Courneuve. The program is located on lot H of the ZAC from the town hall district to La Courneuve. The operation ofConstruction provides for the creation of 74 housing units, 2 activities at the foot of the building, and a parking lot on a basement level. The operation also includes the following elements: - 2 bicycle/strollers, - 2 OM premises, - 1 bulky room, - 1 maintenance room; - 1 premisesproviders with shower; -1 sub-station (urban heating) in the basement; - 1 transformer room, - 1 video -surveillance room; - 1 guardian reception office; - an infrastructure car park of a single basement level for 39 parking spaces with ramp in the building on DRC; - Avery vegetable island; The construction program defined, pursues the following objectives: o RE2020 threshold 2025; o Label NF Habitat HQE o Biodivercity label; o Connection to urban heating; o Using bio -based or low environmental and health impact; o Managementwater to the plot; o Respect for the Circular Economy Charter of the common plain The program is more precisely detailed in the presentation note, attached to these regulations and in the C.C.T.P in phase "Offer.
