Description:
The work for the creation of the Maison de Roquefort and its ancillary facilities is divided into 10 lots defined in the CCAP. This consultation only concerns the relaunch of lot 04 following the failure (judicial liquidation) of the awarded company.
The operation program provides:
* Overall development of public spaces and structures:
- Creation and development of a new square and the Maison de Roquefort, as well as their access and connections by elevators, exterior staircases and structures from the car park as well as towards the top of the village,
- Networks necessary, lighting, lighting are included
- Demolitions made necessary by the project
- Art and retaining structures made necessary (tunnel, gallery, wells, footbridge and retaining walls)
- Demolition and structural reinforcements
* Renovation, construction and scenography of buildings for an estimated surface area of approximately 800 m2:
- The Roquefort house and its public toilets.
At the start of on-site interventions for this lot, the vast majority of other lots of this work site called "Maison de Roquefort and its developments annexes" will normally be received with the corresponding works, the vast majority of which are completed and/or in progress. The interventions of lot 04 will therefore be carried out almost independently but in connection with lots 05, 08 and 10. Execution studies have been carried out and will have to be prise...
