Description:
As part of its energy policy, SEMMARIS wishes to accelerate the deployment of photovoltaic solar power plants throughout the RUNGIS MIN. The work project consists of creating photovoltaic shade structures over three existing parking areas within the administrative sectorof the RUNGIS MIN. Two are located in front of the banks (for 2 areas of approximately 1,900 m2 and 1,400 m2) and one in the Canopee car park between rue des Meuniers and the eastern circular boulevard for an area of approximately 1,700 m2. All the car parks represent a gross surface area of approximately 5000 m2 and corresponds to 265 parking spaces for light vehicles and light utility vehicles. This project to create photovoltaic solar shades is planned for self-consumption with connection to the two HT/LV Prevote and Prevote Clim electrical substations, located in the basement of the SEMMARIS TowerG3, approximately 100 meters from the parking areas to be solarized. The objective is to primarily supply the electrical consumption of the general services of SEMMARIS of the buildings in the administrative zone (IGH G3 Tower, 5 G5 buildings, 3 G6 buildings as well as the electric vehicle charging stations).ctrics). The solar shade project will be composed of two PV solar power plants and will have the following technical forecast characteristics: - Total solar surface area of approximately 4,700 m2, - Total power of approximately 960 kWp to be distributed over 2 solar power plants of less than 500 kWp, - Producttotal annual consumption of approximately 980 MWh/year, - Total annual consumption of the two stations of approximately 2,950 MWh/year, - Overall self-consumption rate estimated at 96.5%, - Overall self-production rate estimated at 31, 8%, - Overall coverage rate estimated at 33%, - CO2 emissions avoided of around 34 tonnes/year.
