- This consultation is launched in application of the Public Procurement Code (hereinafter referred to as the Code) in the form of an adapted procedure (article L2123-1 of the Code) in accordance with articles R2123-1, R2123-4 & 5 of the Code. This is a market of works, single-awarded, at global and fixed prices, for the creation of a Refoulement Station (Civil Engineering and electro-mechanical equipment) in order to supply the green spaces and the pond of the public park of the "workshops" for relief of the Station of existing repression of Craponne (unemployed from November to March). For a desired flow rate of 60 to 80 m3/h. In addition, this involves the installation of a connection on the existing discharge pipe supplying the basin for needs in watering green spaces
