In the field of Haropa Port I Le Havre and adjacent places, 450 ha are available for industrial projects, first calls for projects are already launched or being launched for around 150 ha in order to complete the existing industrial and logistical ecosystem.
This framework agreementMulti-attributes with subsequent markets relates to the preparation of land (including the slaughter of trees, the drying up, clearing as well as the lands stripping work), the demolition as much as the need for existing structures or infrastructure, earthworksgenerals to constitute platforms including soil improvement works which would be necessary to guarantee compliance with the minimum lift objectives of the required platforms.
These works include sanitation and network management interventions as well asChaussees work.
Finally, the services will also relate to the renaturation work of natural sites carried out within the framework of ecological compensation measures to industrial and logistical establishments.
The mainly targeted 150 ha are distributed in the port area of Le Havre,In addition, services may be ordered in order to meet ad hoc needs on the Rouen port domain (compensatory measures in particular)
