- The Luzieres dam is located in the Tarn department (81), in the communes of Lacrouzette and Vabre.
It is the 4th dam downstream of the Laouzas dam located at the head of the basin.
EDF Hydro Sud-Ouest wishes to bring it into compliance and therefore make the operation of the Luzieres dam more reliable.
The design flood considered for this class C dam is the return time flood 300 years.
The works consist of:
- build an additional structure intended for flood evacuation;
- improve the reliability of organ opening flood evacuation;
- improve the stability of certain blocks which constitute the dam.

The Luzieres dam is located in the Tarn department (81), in the communes of Lacrouzette and Vabre.
He registers in a set of developments on the Agout. It is the 4th dam downstream of the Laouzas dam located at the head of the basin.
To follow the reassessment of the value of the extreme flood in the Agout valley using the "Schadex" method, EDF Hydro plans to carry out work:
- create a additional work intended for flood evacuation;
- improve the reliability of the opening of flood evacuation systems;
- improve the stability of certain blocks."
