- The market concerns the deployment and extension of the video protection system, preventive and curative maintenance, as well as the implementation of projects dedicated to intelligent territory via the video protection network. In accordance with the mayor's police powers, the exploitation of the images produced and the provision of images by judicial requisition are not included in the perimeter of this market. Mono-attributal framework agreement of work executing by means of purchase orders. It is treated at unit prices, without minimum amount, for a maximum amount of 5,000,000 euros H.T. for the entire duration of the market. The market will take effect from January 10, 2023 or its date of notification, if it is later, for a period of four (4) years firm.
