Description:
Within the framework of the procedure of fight against Saturnism initiated by Law No. 2004-806 of August 9, 2004 relating to the Public Health Policy, the Departmental Directions of the Territories and the Sea (DDTM) of the Eure and the Seine-Maritime wished to associate, via a convention ofOrder group, to conclude a market for risk diagnostics of risk intoxication by lead in paintings (DRIPP) and after work (CAT) controls on their territory. The Dripp and Cat are to be made on buildings or premises for housing, reported by the ARS, presentingdegraded surfaces potentially containing lead and occupied by families with a minor child (s) or a pregnant woman. These services must comply with approved French standards orequivalent.
