Description:
The purpose of this market is to collect wild deposits and shells of urban cleanliness in the territory of the West - TCO coast.
The description of the services and their technical specifications are defined in the CCTP of each lot.
The services are divided into 2 treated lots by separate markets designated below:
o Lot n 1 - Emptying of urban cleanliness baskets
o Lot n 2 - Resorption of wild deposits
The purpose of this market is to empty the emptying of urban cleanliness baskets (CPU) on the territory of TCO (excluding Mafate).
The community is in load of the absorption of wild deposits which are not taken into account in traditional collections. TCO therefore wishes to have specific means to ensure this mission and contribute to the constant improvement of the service.
