Minimum HT amount for the total duration of the contract: 20,000.0 euro (s) H.T. The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. The services are paid by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the renewal periods. These worksare located throughout the territory of the commune of Aime -la -Plagne, which includes in particular: - Villette (Alt 670m) - Le Bourg d'Aime (Alt 700m) - Villaroland (Alt 780m) - Charvaz (Alt 1000m) - Tessens (Alt 1000m) - Planchamp and Montvilliers (alt. 1150m) - Longefoy (alt. 1160m) (Alt.1350 to 1650m) - La weighing (Alt 1770m) - Granier (Alt 1250m) - La Thuile de Granier (Alt 1200m) - Montgirod (Alt 1100m) - Le Villaret (Alt 780m) - Centron (Alt 600m) The detail of the expected services is given in the Special Technical Clauses notebook (CCTP) and the unit price slip(BPU). These elements are supplemented by the holder's offer which must comply with the CCTP This framework agreement includes a penalty and an intervention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency situations (art. 2 of the act of engagement).
