Description:
The consultation concerns the Technical Control Market relating to the project to create the Western Lyonnais Express Tramway line and includes the following main missions:
Basic missions:
-The mission L, relating to the solidity of the works and inseparable equipment elements ;
-The mission S (STI and SEI), relating to the safety conditions of people in constructions.
Additional missions:
- the PS mission relating to the safety of people in constructions in the event of earthquake + PS certificate;
- the hand mission relating to the accessibility of constructions for disabled people + hand certificate;
- the mission relating to the solidity of existing;
- initial verification of electrical installations according to article R4226-14 of the Labor Code;
- verification of compliance with APSAD R7 rules for equipment fire detection;
- Assistance in the preparation of security and assistance commissions during meetings and visits to security commissions;
- Assistance as part of the investigation and deposit of building permits.
_The market is broken down into a firm tranche and a tranche Optional in application of articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the public procurement code as follows:
