Description:
Open European call for tenders awarded in accordance with articles R.2124-2, R.2162-2, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. Framework agreement aimed at the collection, transport and treatment of waste held by the Departmental Council of Seine-et-Marne. The services are divided into 4 separate batches. Each framework agreement will result in the issuance of purchase orders executed as needs arise. References made to the provisions of articles R.2151-8 to 11 of the Public Order Code, no variation is required or authorized. THE offers will comply with the requirements of the DCE. To promote employment and combat exclusion, the contracting authority wishes to mobilize companies in an integration process, as part of the execution of lot 1: Non-hazardous waste of this framework agreement. Environmental obligations are set out in article 4.5 of the CCAP. The estimated start date for services is set for May 4, 2026.
Non-hazardous waste including cardboard and non-confidential paper. In application of articles L. 2111-1 and L. 2112-2 of the Public Order Code, and article 16.1 of the CCAG-FCS, the Department includes in this lot an employment promotion clause, compliance with which is mandatory. Framework agreement awarded and managed separately with a single economic operator, granted without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of €600,000 excluding tax.
