Description:
Lot 1 "Non-hazardous waste and inert waste" will take the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders with maximum of 600,000 euros excluding tax for the entire lot, which is in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the public procurement code. He will give Place on the emission of purchase orders. Lot 2 "hazardous waste" will take the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders with maximum of 200,000 euros HT for the whole lot, which is in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. Lot 3 "The Biodechets" will take the form of a framework agreement with order form with maximum of 60,000 euros HT for the whole lot, which is passed in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the order code public. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. Lot 4 "Clothes, individual protective equipment (EPI) and butts" will take the form of a framework agreement with order form with maximum of 15,000 euros HT for the whole lot, passed in application of items L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
