Description:
TGV expects strong development of maintenance activity in the provinces.
To cope with these forecasts, TGV is seeking to adapt its maintenance and storage capacity, and is embarking on the construction of a new TGV maintenance station in Chantenay (Rennes), capable of accommodating 4 trains in maintenance in rolling hollows, the TGV M project (the installations must be compatible).
It provides:
- Implementation of a washing machine at the parade on one of the site's lanes,
- An associated wastewater treatment system;
The tracks as well as the civil engineering of the site (platforms, slab and base masts) will be carried out as part of another procedure.
The MAL contract must be integrated into the schedule for the construction of the maintenance station and then its connection to the RFN: September 2028.
Forecast for commissioning of the Chantenay maintenance station: end 2028.
