Description:
Beyond the act of building and developing, the City of Tours wishes to assert the cultural dimension of the urban renewal project (NPNru) of the Sanitas district, by promoting the lived, appropriate, sensitive and symbolic dimension of spaces. It also wishes to enhance the wasteland or free spaces in the neighborhood pending their redevelopment, allowing ephemeral and useful uses Users of the district and beyond -such as the exploitation of an affordable and friendly tavergue -helping to change its image and prefigure its transformation within the framework of the NPNRU. It is also a question by this lever of transitional town planning of promoting the return to ordinary law of the Sanitas district, a return which is one of the objectives of the urban renewal project.
