Unproductive VSIC: The VSIC project aims to guarantee compliance of non-active connections for which gas delivery has been interrupted for more than 2 years following a termination request by a supplier with the new regulations relating to gas installations in residential buildings. Article 27 of the revised decree of February 23, 2018 requires connections terminated more than 2 years ago: A physical locking of the Cutoff Device in the closed position with a device preventing its operation and a blocking upstream of the penetration of the housing. With, in the event of impossibility of closing the outside of the housing, securing the connection by a device preventing access to the cutting device and closing the connection inside the accommodation. Inactive VSIC: Inactive meter removal market.
