The objective of this planning project around the Ramon Llull building (S) is multiple. This aims to reshape the outdoor spaces in order to: - respond to the compliance requested in terms of fire safety and accessibility following the restructuring of the building andthe integration of new uses. - Rethinking the circulation near the building via the creation or repair o of spaces and pedestrian routes o of traffic lanes (heavy or light) o Parking spaces o Air or underground networks - Recreate outdoor spaces thatAnswer: o to the new interior uses of the Ramon LLULL building (cafeteria, exhibition) o to new access to the Ramon LLULL O building to sustainable development and social responsibility (DRS) of the university and requalify surrounding green spaces (biodiversity, amenities ..) - Propose the creation of hydraulic retention structures to limit downstream risks - requalification of external lighting in the area - prefigure the future development of the campus on its eastern part (complete abolition of BN and prefabricated buildings called prefa 4 and prefa5).
