Description:
This market concerns VRD and landscaping work on the avenue de l'Orleanais in the Horticulture and Decorations of the International Rungis Market. This project is a continuation of the work currently carried out in this sector with: - the creation of a roundaboutto the law of the northern circular boulevard in 2022; - the landscaping of the avenue des Nursers carried out in 2023 and 2024; - The reconstruction of the FOE "Hall Mandar" building provided for delivery in 2026. These arrangements will allow, beyond the security of pedestrians, to be able to unclogthe sector and to join the "Paris A6" exit faster. Note that the development work will extend over a grip of approximately 8,000 m2 and include: - the redevelopment of the former court truck of the FOE building in order to extend the avenue de l'Orleanais; - The creation of a journeycentral for pedestrians as made on the southern part of the avenue; - the development of valleys planted at the law of the avenue de la Villette; - The creation of a roundabout at the avenue de l'Orleanais extended and the circular boulevard. As an indication, the work will take place inTwo phases: - Phase 1: Development and extension of the avenue de l'Orleanais during the second half of 2025; - Phase 2: Creation of the roundabout at the avenue de l'Orleanais prolongee and the circular boulevard from the first to the third quarter2026.
