Description:
The purpose of this contract is the manufacture, operation and hosting by the Holder of the Vitale card application in order to enable the SESAM-Vitale GIE to benefit from a state-of-the-art service with a very high level of availability, hereinafter referred to as the Service. The Service, subject of this contract, includes: - hosting services for the Vitale card app system and its applications - supply and technical exploitation services for the production resources of the Vitale card application, - services for the supply and operation of manufacturing resources for the Vitale card application, - application operation services and production of production resources - implementation services: management, studies, carrying out the transfer of tools, tests, - service management services, - security services, - intellectual services aimed at ensuring developments in the Vitale card app, - reversibility services.
