Description:
The purpose of this public market is to verify and maintain EPI anchor points from the Constructys headquarters (75010 Paris).
The consultation is initiated in the form of an adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2123-1-2 , R.2123-1-3 , R2123-2 and R.2123-4 to R.2123-7of the public procurement code.
This is a framework agreement fixing all the contractual stipulations and executed as the order form is issued (articles L.2125-1 1 , R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public order code).
This framework agreement isMono-attribute.
In accordance with article Article R.2162-4 2 of the public procurement code, it is concluded without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 10,000 euros HT for its total duration (including renewals).
This public market is concluded from its date of notificationFor a period of twelve months.
At the end of this first contractual period, the public market is tacitly renewable 3 times a year per new period of 12 months.
