- The purpose of this consultation aims to marketed vacant parking spaces located in the Paris Habitat car parks. In accordance with the provisions of article L411-4 and L411-5 of the CCH, the OPH can freely rent vacant parking areas in a precarious basis. They have.
The conceding authority, Paris Habitat entrusts to the concessionaire, who intervenes as an intermediary, in particular the following missions:
- the referencing of the parking lots concerned on an electronic platform
- the installation, management and maintenance of infrastructure of Electric recharges
- the distribution of parking offers and the acquisition of customers
- Contracting and parking management
- Services for users, invoicing and collection with users of the concessionaire.
The launch of this consultation follows to the declaration of immugkening of the two lots of the procedure n 2024/278 (announcement plays n 762075-2024 and markets online ao-2451-2548). Indeed, this previous procedure was declared unsuccessful by a decision of the call for tenders on 10/06/2025.
The services are Distributed in 2 lots. Each batch will give rise to the establishment of a separate concession contract.
For each batch, the contract is concluded for a firm period of five years
