Description:
This consultation concerns the master's mission of Uvre for the renovation of the clos and covered buildings of the Robertiere site and for the interior design isolated from the concierge. The Robertiere site includes three old buildings belonging to the municipality. The goal is toRenovate the envelope (enclosed and covered) of the three buildings, and to develop and isolate the interior of one of them, namely the concierge. Being unoccupied since 2016, the places quickly became degraded and numerous water leaks were identified. Many degradations have also beenObserved in the floors (collapse of floors, windows and covers). The work of closed and cutlery concerns initially the change of all the openings as well as the coverage of the three buildings. Finally, a layout and an interior isolation is providedRegarding one of the buildings, namely that of the concierge, having to accommodate various populations, including adolescents. It is desired an insulation of the exterior walls from the inside or the exterior, the work of plastering andpaint.
