- The objective of this project is to partially modify the facilities of the ground floor with the creation of PMR rooms and housing (5 studios and 1 accommodation in co-skill). Modifications on the stairs and outdoor spaces (outdoor ramp, opening of facades ...) will be made to link all the common rooms overlooking the shared garden. The reception, services and other premises on the ground floor as well as the accommodation of buildings 1, 2 and 3 must be maintained in activity for the duration of the work.
