Description:
The stipulations of this specific administrative clause notebook (CCAP) concern the implementation within Angers Loire Metropole, the City of Angers and the CCAS (Communal Social Action Center) of a new GRU solution (management of the relationship to the user) with the purpose of Modernize the existing solution to all.
This involves centralizing an online service offer offered today via the A'Tout and Mairie 5/5 system.
The new GRU solution will have to cover the exhaustiveness of the perimeters of the services and the functionalities of the existing solutions (A'Tout and Town Hall 5/5).
It should allow the development of new dematerialized approaches within the framework of modernized features of user services.
The new GRU solution will interfere in the future with other business software in the perimeter of the RNA (digital relationship to the Angevin).
Finally, it will secure a new maintenance market.
