Description:
The consultation is organized within the framework of a group of orders between the city of Annecy and the Grand Annecy in accordance with the provisions of articles L 2113-6 and L 2113-7 of the public procurement code. The coordination of the group is provided by the city of Annecy.
The city of Annecy, the Community of the Agglomeration of Grand Annecy, the inter -municipal social action center of the Grand Annecy agglomeration community and the School of Artcy Alpes' Higher School of Art wish to put auction on a website their vehicles and other movable property. The expected solution is a auction brokerage service and not auctioneer. As such, the service is remunerated by a commission rate payable by the seller (public person)
