Description:
The passing procedure used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2
to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
The framework agreement with maximum is enforced in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders and possibly the conclusion of subsequent markets.
The framework agreement is allocated to a single economic operator and it is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the notification. The framework agreementis tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years.
In application of article R2132-12 of the public procurement code whichprovides that "when the use of other means of communication
