The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a market including urban planning studies and project management missions with a view to the creation of the Vivier Louis communal subdivision.
The urbanization project is mainly of housing. It consists in developing a new subdivisionCovering an area of around 5 hectares that can accommodate at least 200 dwellings, with regard to the minimum density objectives of 41 dwellings per hectare
The work to be carried out belongs to the category of works infrastructure in new construction.
The forecast envelope assigned to allWorks is set at 2,600,000 euros H.T. (value April 2025)).
Services include various urban planning studies and a decomposed project management mission as follows:
- A witness mission comprising following: APS, APD, PRO, PRO, AMT, VISA, PARTIAL, DET and AOR
Witness mission: the realization of preliminary/sketches.
In addition, participation in 5 days of integrated design processes (PCI) is required
